MIBC Career Center is owned and operated by its founder Wendy Warren.  The company will operate with AAPC licensed instructor Lacy Griffith.  As the business grows and enrollment increases additional instructors will be recruited, as needed. 
 
MIBC Career Center maintains all required license and registration requirements to operate in the State of Utah including; City and State Operating Licenses and AAPC Instructor Certification.
 
Wendy Warren:
Wendy has worked in business management for over twenty years specializing in accounting principles and practices.  Wendy’s organizational and leadership skills with her hands on business operating experience drives the success of MIBC Career Center.
 
Lacy Griffith, CPC, CPC-I:
Lacy has been a Certified Professional Coder under the AAPC since 2003.  In 2010 she completed the AAPC Certified Instructor program and obtained her CPC-I License and became the president elect of the AAPC Salt Lake South Valley Local Chapter.  Lacy has performed medical coding techniques within several different hospitals and clinics for specialties in; Family Practice, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Internal Medicine, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Inpatient/Outpatient Surgery, and Air Med.  Lacy’s leadership skills have advanced her into training positions with previous employers and this experience has given her valuable insight in the working of the medical coding industry.   Lacy’s hands-on experience, knowledge, and leadership skills will give students the tools for a successful career in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding.
